My first 3D Illustration for a bookcover: Cover illustration for Antonio Perez Henares' NUBLARES. | |
| May be I feel a bit nostalgic lately, or may be I am too amazed looking at my old backup CDRoms, but I am sure that I want to show the first 3D illustration I did (May be back in 2001) for a bookcover. I clearly remember that the designers at Plaza Janés (Now Random House Mondadori) needed a neolithic spear, but none of the available footage was enough good for the bookcover, plus permissions for going to a museum to take a picture were not available due to a tight deadline. So the guys at Eidologic asked me to create a quite realistic neolithic spear. The final bookcover still looks gorgeous to me. I hope that you also enjoy it. |
